I'm a 17 year old female, 5'4 and 110lbs, i want to lose weight in my legs and butt area, any ideas of exersises I could do?

you are going through the exzact same situation I am. you think you need to loose wieght, but 110 and ten pounds is PERFECT for a women of your hieght. So please, don't worry about your wieght. If you truly want to loose wieght, (whitch you don't) try drinking
lots of water,eat less sweets, and instead of having fried chicken, have it broiled or bake, and exercise at least three times a week for about 15-30 minuets.

You're 17 and you're 110 pounds? Hey, you don't need to lose ANY weight at ALL. You need to gain some weight, I'd give anything to be 110 pounds.

Why the hell would you put that on this board?
I mean there is anyone in the world that would love to look like you. Or at least the way you SAY you look.
I'm 5'6 and 140 pounds. Yes, I want to lose weight in my butt and leg area but at least I have a reason!
How about you share with us how you already are 110 pounds. What do you eat? What do you do?

Honey, you don't need to lose any weight. Ask any guy if they think you fat and they will probably say no.
