Ruben,
Don't stop exercising because that will help speed your metabolism up. At 12 your body is still changing and developing so don't do anything too drastic. Cut out junk food i.e. burgers, chips, milkshakes. Find out what foods are high in calories and high in fats and avoid them. Tell your mum that you want to lose weight because she is the one feeding you at home. There is no quick and easy answer. You have to be very strong willed and determined and do without fattening foods. Eat more fruit, drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day and have low calorie vegetables to snack on if you feel hungry. 15 pounds is a lot of weight to lose in a month. You should maybe be aiming for a weight loss of 1 or 2 pounds a week at first and then it usually slows down but if you keep with the diet then the weight will come off. You seem worried about your stomach. Because of your age that could still be puppy fat and you may have to wait a little while before that goes or you could ask your gym teacher for some exercises that will firm your tummy up. Don't worry about your stomach going up and down when you run because running will help you lose the weight. And don't wish to be skinny. Everybody has different shapes and skinny isn't necessarily healthy. In fact, skinny can mean that a body is undernourished and at your age you do need nourishment and healthy foods.
