I was wondering if anyone knows how to lose weight effectively. I weigh 123 lbs and am 5 ft 2 and i've been on a diet for a while now, but somehow I haven't lost a pound. When I stand on the scales it really annoys me. I have been working hard and eating lots of veg and rice, but the weight won't budge. Any tips? Do you think I'm overweight for my age and height?

You are a VERY good weight for your age. DO NOT worry about how much you weigh, it's 123 pounds! If you really think you need to lose weight, exercise and drink LOTS of water.

Hey,
You are not big for your age. When I was your age I weighed 145. Now 14, I weigh 160. Just keep a healthy diet and exercise. good luck!!!
