Hi. I want to tone up and lose about 15 pounds by the summer. Any suggestions?

Every night just do 50 press ups. And as for food wise u can still eat chocolate but as less as you can eat salads and as a snack have a piece of fruit and drink plenty of water instead of juice or you could drink pure orange juice.
