Sometimes.. people think that if they lose 3 or 8 pounds in a week that it is good. No!! It is not healthy to lose more than 2 pounds of fat a week. If you are finding that you are losing more, it is probably water or muscle, and that is not good! Just remember to eat lots of protein, protein maintains and builds muscle!!!
