Hey! Well i'm 5'9" and about 135 lbs. I know i'm not overweight but like most of you guys... I feel like I am! I know i'm not fat because I am very tall, but i Just feel that way! I don't know what to do to make myself feel better about myself, can anyone help me?

i am in the same predicament you are...i am 5'9, 135 too. i feel like i am fat but i no deep down that i am not. i feel ike i am becoming obsessive. my friends always tell me when we are at the beach or sumthin "omg molly- ur so skinny i ahte you!" but i serisouly dont see it. i sometimes loose 3 pounds bc i dont eat all day- then the next day i eat healthy and normal and i gain 7 lbs!!! i thnk that there actually may b sumthin wrong wit my body...haha- anwysa i no how you feel and i think that we both need to focus on sumthing else...realize that it DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE we are NOT overweight!!!

I already wrote to you but the person that said you are fat i think it was les nelson. should shut the heck up. they are probaly just jealious of you because they are probaly the lardo. see-ya:)

If you look at the calculater on this site it says you are not overwieght at 135 pounds for 5-9 tall and same age as me (14). Exercise will make you feel beter. I go roller bladin and ride a bike with my friend... c ya Maryann

I'd pick out something I like about my self and focus on that. For instance, I'd pick my hair because it's long. But if you can't keep yourself from focusing on, for example, your hips, do something about it. If you just feel fat, maybe you need stronger muscles. Try yoga or lifting weights. That might help. And remember: GOD LOVES YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
