Hi! I am 5'2-5'3 and I weigh about 140...I think I am so so so fat..I was one 120 at the begining of last year. I hurt my ankle and had to stop playing sports for over a year...Does anyone have any good ideas on how to lose a lot of weight fast?

I agree with Luna but you have to have some red meat in your diet too...its good for the heart. Also if you weigh a lot, its easier to lose weight than it is if you didnt' weigh so much.

YOU ARE NOT FAT!!! My mother is 39 yrs old and she is 5'2 amd she weights 142 and she looks great for her figure and i bet you do to. like you not able to play sport because of your ankle just try to have some nice walk with you and your friends and you will burn calories if you do it everyday,also try to do sit-ups that helps my mother stay fit just do it everynight before going to sleep! and keep your mind positive.

hey,
i went from 155 to 132 in a little over a month by
going on the vegi diet, i ate beans 4 protein,
and lots of green leafy vegi's and fruit
and exercise

Yep! I know. I have been stuggling with weight for a long time! If you lose too much too fast you'll gain and back plus more!!!

I agree with Jennifer. Just don't try to lose too much weight at one time. It's healthy to lose about a maximum of 10 pounds a month. Keep your eyes on the goal and you'll receive the prize. GOD LOVES YOU!!!!!!

The SAME thing happened to me, I as about 120lbs 2 years ago and I broke my ankle playing Basketball and couldn't play for a year. I gained about 20-25lbs and couldn't get rid of it until this summer! I had to wait until I was better and then when I was I went back to playing sports and walking a lot more.
I found that walking helped a LOT!
