Im about 178-185 pounds. Am I am about 5"5 and sometimes I feel bad about myself because my freinds wear tight shirts and they look great in them but I can't wear them because my stomach would come out so far.And my mom told me I could wear them if I lost weight.And also all of the boys at my scool go for the girls that have flat stomach's it doesn't matter how smart that person is as long as they are skinny then everyone at my school wants them!

You are a human being and one of God's Creations. Your heart is what he see's. Keep it right and you'll be fine- Stop for a few minutes, think about some foods you do like that aren't fattening- like salads with lowfat dressings- get in the habit of nibbling on things that have no fat content in them. Just go for a walk every day and night if you can and start eating a lot of fruit, a lot of vegetables without butter or margarine, try and eat some baked fish every week!! tuna is very good for you- just add a very little bit of relish if you like and give up the bread! Just eat a little bit of wholewheat bread. take a vitamin every day- tell yourself you can do it and just start thinking thin today!! We love all of you- all you can do is take one step at a time.. eat Turkey breast too! Eat oatmeal- the kind you cook and put a little honey and milk and raisins in it- its the best thing to eat everyday for breakfast- it is sooooooooooo good for you!! Really.. Please try this- It will help you and remember, someone is praying real hard for you :) Try drinking some very cold ice water with fresh lemon sliced in it throughout the day. The lemon burns fat. Also drink grapefruit juice. LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER- It helps keep you full and you don't want to eat too much- so eat good when you do- at least three small meals a day. or about 10 very healthy things a day- think about all of the food groups and just TRY IT !!

girl we have the same promblem,i get mad when i see that my friends wear this tight pants and shirt but we alll have that special somebody in our life that hopefully won't care for our tightness it will cae for who we are in the inside.just try to make a goal to yourself to do a diet and don't starve yourself cuz that is bad it will only make you gain more weight just make a good diet that provides meals for breakfast,lunch and dinner that does not contain fating. stay out of the candy and late snacks,little by little you will wait for the results,just be patient and they will show.take care...

When I was 12 I weighted about 165lbs, I was in grade 6 and I was probably the fattest grade 6 girl anyone would have ever known. I was short too which made it worse and one day my grandparents asked me if I wanted to lose weight and I said yes and they helped me go on a diet. I still ate the same foods I had always eaten but I drank about 5 glasses of water every day, strawberries and strawberries and more strawberries and cut out the chips, pop, sugar and candy stuff. The secret is to eat 6 times a day. a balanced breakfast, lunch and dinner with a lot of fruits and veggies and snacks durring the day like carrot sticks and fruit. It REALLY works. Believe me... I know exactly how you feel! I wish you the best of luck to lose the weight but don't do it for everyone else. Do it for yourself!! It will make you feel a lot better!!!

Hey Gurl,
I'm 14 and weigh 165. I lost 20lb. in the 6th grade. It was ALOT of work. Sometimes I would give up and pig out. I knew it was wrong to do that so I would try to limit how much I ate. I believe in you, just keep up on your health!!!
