Hey everyone... When I was younger I was large too. It was really hard on me so I know what you kids are going through. I just wanted to tell you though that it gets easier as you get older...even if you don't lose weight. When you get older and get out of school people mature and accept you as who you are. I know that me saying this doesn't make it any easier on you now, but trust me, things will get better. In the meantime, try not to focus so much on "weight." Focus instead on health and being healthy. Adopt a few lifestyle changes and add in a bit of exercise. Keep in mind that exercise doesn't have to be boring! Find something fun like badminton, volleyball, soccar or whatever you like. Exercise can be fun too. Anyway, take care kids. I'm sending ((((((((hugs))))))) out to all of you. :o)

Your words have inspired me to go on and do great things. Now I don't mind that I'm a size 18! I also now have one friend. She is called Sadie and she's real nice. She only weighs 7 stone! Thankyou for your words of advice, they have helped me to get through this lonely time and I have now realized that the world is a beautiful place. I have taken up a great sport, badminton and am in the kids badminton club. Its the best!!! Lots of love a hugs, NancyXXX
