Ht. 5'0", Start: 17 st 0, Today: 19 st 8 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 10 st 0 - Hey as you can see i have gained a disgusting amount of weight ans im so ashamed i recently met a boy and got into a relationship with him and a few days a go i found out that im 7 weeks pregnant and im really scared to go to the doctor because i think being so fat will make ultrasound and things more difficult i have been really sick and my BF is still making me go to the gym which is fair enough because i have to lose weight but its hard so im just looking for motivation really also has anyone been in a similar situation? The weight is making it really hard to even walk really im so unfit and i cant even cross my legs anymore its so embarrassing any advice on a diet or detox would be amazing thanks - kim  (Note: 19 st 8 is 274 lb.)
