Ht. 5'4", Start: 350 lb, Today: 418 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 300 lb - I’ve been really, really big for a long time but it’s gotten to be too much. I’m so heavy that it’s becoming hard to walk and I don’t know what to do. I spend most of my time at home with my two sisters Emily and Sarah because my parents work during the day. My sisters are very heavy too: my older sister Emily is 17 and weighs about 360 pounds while my younger sister Sarah is only 12 but she already weighs over 260 pounds.

It’s really hard to get around, I get out of breath walking upstairs to my room sometimes. My body is way too heavy to support itself properly.

I’m having some problems with walking long distances and I’m 267. Being over 400 sounds hard...

Molly and I talked about this last night but the scale I was using for my weight was broken, I’ve been wrong the whole time. I haven’t gotten to weigh myself accurately yet because the only other scale in the house is in my moms bathroom and I haven’t gotten a chance to go use it. I’ll try tonight though!

Ok so I weighed myself a while ago and it turns out I’m actually up to 439 pounds now. I’m worried I’ll be 500 pounds by the time I turn 17 at this rate. At the same time though, does it really matter? I know it’s really unhealthy but I don’t think there’s much I can do about it. I just wish I knew how to make life easier at this size because it’s hard to do things, especially exercise like running and sometimes even walking. Does anyone else have this problem?

418 pounds is my weight from September so I might be even heavier now. I usually gain a ton of weight over the holidays because there’s always so many sweets and desserts around and I can’t control myself. I’ve gotten too fat for some of my clothes so I’m probably heavier now. I’ll have to weigh myself tonight to see what I weigh now. I know it’s not good to be this big but I love food too and I’m always eating.

Hi Amber, geez your the same height as me and nearly 100lbs heavier. My problem is I love food and being fat runs in the family.
I've actually gained another 3lbs over the holiday so I'm 321lbs right now but I cant imagine being 418lbs.
I've always been fat as long as I can remember and looking at photos of me as a small kid before I can remember I was fat.

I accidentally hit post before I was done. I’m worried that it’s too late for me to lose all of my extra weight but I don’t want my younger sister to end up as big as I am. What can I do to help her realize that it’s not okay to be big like Emily or I am? I have trouble sitting up and sometimes even walking around because my belly is too big and I don’t want Sarah to end up the same way. We all eat way too much so it’s hard to try to convince her to slow down when I’m eating even more than she is. Do any of you have any ideas?
