Ht. 157 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 86 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 55 kg - could you guys give me meal ideas that dont involve bread,potatoes,rice,porridge. IM NOT ALLOWED TO EAT THOSE FOODS #so scared to fail  (Note: 157 cm, 86 kg is 5'2", 189 lb.)
