Ht. 5'3", Start: 262 lb, Today: 247 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I started living my a paleo lifestyle recently (low or no carb) and honestly it's not as torturous as I expected. I've lost 15 lbs in 1 and half months. I really hope I can meet some other people trying to lose weight so I can have someone to go through this journey with!! 😊
