Ht. 5'4", Start: 180 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 145 lb - I have lost about 40 lbs total in my life, and this time arund I have lost 20 so far. My diet includes 100 cal yogurt for breakfast, a lean cuisine for lunch (300 cal) and about 300-400 calories for dinner and usually 50 calories in snacks a day

Starvation mode is a myth, I just read several studies about it, all of which prove against it

I don't think you are eating enough calories,you should eat at least a 1000 calories a day or u could slow down your metabolism which might lead to weight gain
