Ht. 174 cm, Start: 72 kg, Today: 90 kg (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 65 kg - I've put on so much weight lately I'm not sure what to do  (Note: 174 cm, 90 kg is 5'9", 198 lb.)

Mackenzie don't beat yourself up!!, I been there gaining so much w.t. its upsetting I know h.w. it feels, its a n.w. year you can start over!! 198 lbs your new starting point make small goals lose two lbs than 5-10 15- and so on, you can do it! I was 190 lbs back on Oct 30, 2015, I lost bout 30 lbs since than, being sick for bout two weeks, you can lose it again!, get a notebook write your w.t. down than your target w.t. goal, calorie goal, read lables, you 'll mess up that's ok you start over the next day, take it easy, even hang an outfit on a hanger in your cloest,, you can do it! fouscing on losing small goals, lose a jean size, dress size, the clothing sizes will srinuk., over time!! not going to happen over night, it will happen with hard work yes stretching is good! walking start on a study pasce, than walking turns into jogging than jogging turns into running, slow running than spread it up increase it,. you re not alone in this we all have gained w.t. we re here for you!!
