Ht. 5'6", Start: 193 lb, Today: 205 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - So I lost some weight, then one day I was home alone and we had some junk food in the house. I binged and ate SO MUCH FOOD! My mom cried again and removed all the food from the house. We only have "raw" foods now. She is sending me to fat camp over the summer but for the time being, I'm going to a personal trainer. Her name is Lynn. She is so mean to me for being obese and fat! She yells at me and jiggles my tummy and says things like: "do you want to be disgusting and fat piggy?" She makes me cry and feel even worse about myself! My doctor says Lynn is good however because it's forceful motivation. It's more like bullying. My belly got bigger as well after I lost five pounds and gained almost 20 in less than a month. It's devistating, to try and exercise and have a fat, jiggly, thick belly wobbling around. And to make it worse. I have a uniform! I have to wear a Nike sports bra and Nike spandex to training! I'm weighed in when I arrive and then measured and I turn in a meal diary once a week. Maybe I'll loose a lot of weight and not have to go fat camp! Wish me luck everyone...
