Ht. 150 cm, Start: 65 kg, Today: 70 kg (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 50 kg - i gained weight and have so decided to cut on bread from my diet...why is it this hard to control my eating...if i dont lose weight now i wont reach my goal of being the best girl athlete at school pls help me ,im a mess  (Note: 150 cm, 70 kg is 4'11", 154 lb.)

its ok we all 've gone through stages we gain 4 lbs, at times. Mistakes happen, I used to eat a lot of bread, hey Kekeletso, I just want you to I walked my dog for almost half an hour, I ran a mile!!, its an app called Runkeeper!!, there is a 5K run/walk changelle, till sometime in Dec this year I forget what exact dates. the app now has shoe tracking it 'll nofity you when you reach your mile goal!, its really cool! I lost 15-19 lbs a while ago on it!!, you can lose the four lbs!, even its means running at a slow pace which is ok!,.
