Ht. 5'6", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 125 lb - Today I went to the doctor for a check up, and he told me that I've become obese. He made me take off my shirt and he looked at my belly, he told me that I'm close to developing diabetes and other issues. I've been fat for as long as I can remember. I love food, all I think about is food, I'm usually always eating. In the last 5 months or so, I've gained around 40 pounds. I've noticed that doing nothing simple tasks is becoming hard. Like walking up the stairs, running, or even walking for long periods of time makes me out of breath and tired. My belly had grown in size the most, but so has my arms and legs. My arms are extremely flabby and have lots of stretch marks, my belly hangs over my pants and has many rolls and stretch marks, and my legs rub together. I don't know what to do, my mom said that if I hit 200 pounds, she sending me to fat camp. I really don't want to go to fat camp because I think I'll be made fun of. Does anyone have advice?

I feel the exact same as you, having a big belly with loads of rolls that hangs over pants waistband is the absolute worst, mine just keeps growing. best of luck with your weight loss

Okay I'll try, I've been drinking only Mountain Dew. And I don't know about walking because I get really tired quickly!

Try to start drinking water only for a drink. You can try running or walking a distance in your free time or a sport. Make sure you google fiberous foods and see if can get a hold of any.

Really? Bc I'm pretty big, in the last few months I've gone up 2 pant sizes. I'm trying to eat healthy but I binge sometimes and end up gaining more weight. If I hit 200 lbs I'm going to fat camp for the summer. I think it'll be good! I hate my belly it get in the way and is really annoying. I can never find a shirt that doesn't show my rolls and how my belly jiggles it's embarrassing...

Okay, if you're 5'6 and 175 pounds you are not obese! You may be overweight, but I think your doctor overdramatized it.
