Ht. 5'2", Start: 156 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - Hi in Megan I'm 14 according to the only scale in the house the will fit board says I'm 156 or 157 pounds my family my mom has been my mom and grandma has been my role models but third not active and I don't what to be like them how can I be active I can't think of anything to do at home an I'm homeschooled to and wendont go to know parks i m a role model to my littler slibings how can I be active if there's nothing to do?

Try to walk or run everyday before or after your homeschooling sessions. You can jam to some music in your room and dance for a while. A big help if you don't want to go outside is going on Youtube and searching up a workout that you like for example dancing exercise or cardio.
