Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I am 13 and pretty overweight. I have a wide and stock build, but it's mostly fat. My belly sags over my belt line and its uncomfortable. I can't fit in good clothes because they don't make them in my size. Right now, I am getting healthier according to my pediatrician but it is a genetic issue, and I was adopted. My biggest problem is my clothing and how it looks. There are a few kids at my school who make fun of my weight because I don't fit in any kids clothes. Right now I eat 3,500 cal a day and get some excercise. Please help me with my clothes and my eating habits

wow that's a lot of calories John, slow down, u re a handsome young man! just want you to know u re very actrive young man, u can conquer your w.t., but I understand your struggles with w.t. I just stopped my re lasping of big portions, my heavest at fourteen-fifteen was 190-193 lbs,. its horrible, u can do this young man!!, I 'd aim small mini goals! 159 or 158 lbs,. take it from there, I made a mistake when I was your age making mistakes. big goals,
