Ht. 5'5", Start: 190 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - I've posted here before but tomorrow April 1st 2015 I'm going to start a strict diet and exercise plan. I hope to be down, or around, to my goal weight by September of this year. Thank you everyone for the support and I will continue to post :)

Try not to be too hard on yourself. Little changes over time make a much larger difference in your health and will be much easier to maintain in the long run. No matter what you decide, you have our support and you are more than capable of accomplishing your goals!
