Ht. 5'7", Start: 32 st 7, Today: 32 st 7 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 9 st 10 - Hi I'm 15 and want to losses weight. I do karate 4 times a week but I don't seem to be loosening weight I would really like a buddy to help me.  (Note: 32 st 7 is 455 lb.)

Hi, just make sure that you don't get any heavier. I'm over 500 and exercise is basically impossible

wow 14 & 455 lbs Rebecca that's a lot for a fifteen year old., holy smokes, makes me sad,. to see that,. one thing u need to do,. is measure the amount food u re going to eat if u don't 've a food scale at all I 'd go get one, & use the app called lose it!, they do 've workouts I 'd do walking for 10-15 min the first time & as u get use to it, increase the time,. if u 've a smart phone or IPOD touch, use a stop watch,. 3-5 lbs than as u get smaller,. u look try an outfit 've not worn in a while,. u can do this! u can be a healthy teen!,. there re work out DVD's u can 've your parent sign in account for daily burn., its worth the prtezl sweat, u re pretty young lady! 15 min is recmmened for the 1st time of excrising,. I'm already doing 5K changelle,. I promise by your junior/Seniour u 'll better., I 'll be your weight loss buddy.!, Spofity has dance work outs!<. wish lose it 'h sleep tracker,. that's the trigger of w.t. gain., once every couple days can do corn measure it & string beans, white corn,. peas once a week., I 've read that teens need to go over the meal plans with family sometimes support isn't there., I done the running twice now! 2/28 sessions., u 'll be to run one day!,. I relate to u in some ways., I 'd join a club,. 4H, scouts, youth group,. sugar free gum, 5 calories I lost my uncle this past week., I 'd 've binged ate., I said no., to binge eating., u can do this!!
