Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 283 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Sigh, things still getting worse. Its been just over a week, I'm really struggling to hold a diet. I'll eat right for a little... Then convince myself I'm hungry and just gorge on junk food -.- I really need someone's help... I cant keep things together on my own. My gym teacher said he had talked to the class director at my school about getting me switched out of gym, as I'm in too poor of shape to even participate or use most of the equipment. I'm gonna go grab another snack now... Please respond!

Hi C, I have a few tips that I can share with you if you would like. I can post them on here, or through e-mail; whichever is most comfortable to you.
I struggled with my weight for nearly my entire life. It was only within the last five years that I finally found something that worked, and still allowed me to indulge on the foods that I loved. I have maintained my weight for nearly two years now. I actually first started my weight loss journey on this site when I was fourteen years old! It was a vicious cycle of yo-yo dieting, but this site had helped me through the support of others' experiencing the same struggles.
We are all rooting for you! And I know that you can accomplish anything that you wish to as long as you really want it, and put your mind to it.
