Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Hi guys, you can just call me C. I'm really overweight, I'm huge. I eat constantly and whenever I try to exercize I get too tired and just go chowdown... Ivweighed myself this week and I've gained 41 pounds in 3 months... That's ridiculous. I really need someone to talk to whos around my size, it'd help so much... Anyone?

just chug water whenever you get an urge to eat a ton of food. drink at least 3 L a day. bring a water bottle everywhere. also, eat more fruits. eat A LOT of FRUIT. It taste delicious and it works magic. You'll see weight some of within a week. If you want it bad enough you should be able to cut out most of your junk food and replace with fruit. whatever you like, kiwi, bananas, clementine, watermelon whatever floats your boat. I PROMISE it WILL help
