Hello, my name is Alice, and I'm not a parent, but merely a 14 year old girl who is concerned about my weight. I'm approximately 5 foot 2 1/2 inches, and I weigh about 120 lbs. I wear a juniors size 11 in pants, and a medium in juniors shirts and dresses. I haven't checked my weight in a while, but am concerned that I may be gaining more weight. Am I overweight? If so, how much should I try to lose to become a healthy weight? Or, rather, what would a healthy weight at my height be?

You are only slightly overweight, so don't worry too much about it. I would say maybe lose 5-10 pounds and you will be fine.
