Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - I've been on an off diets trying to lose weight I play soccer which involves a lot of running and I play almost all positions I'm starting swim I go jogging and walking I don't understand why I'm not losing weight MY BIRTHDAY IS NEXT FRIDAY AND I WANTED TO BE WEARING A BIKINI BUT I CANT , I CANT WEAR CROP TOPS I want to lose weight somebody help me

Hello Alondria,
I play soccer too, and when I was overweight I hoped that soccer would help me lose weight, but I found something better. Not only should you play soccer but you should also do things for your core. try doing planks and crunches. That helped me because I carried most of my weight in my stomach. GOOD LUCK!
