Ht. 5'3", Start: 148 lb, Today: 146 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 90 lb - I'm sort of new at this, I'm trying to lose weight. I'm trying to eat less and exersise more but it doesn't workout because I don't have anyone to lose weight with and to remind me. Can I have some help or advice .

Hi Were kind if the same actually ad I'm turning 14 next week but I'm looking for help to so for right now what I did was I put a alarm on my phone to wake up at 6 am and jog around the block then at 7 pm jog around the block and I can do mini work outs during the day as long as you have some music I don't think you need someone to workout with ☺️
