Ht. 5'8", Start: 245 lb, Today: 241.6 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - After my hard work I'm gaining my weight back. I really need help with this. I no longer drink sodas and I have sweets cut back to once a week. I do eat a high amount of fat and carbs tho.

Right now I can feat bread or pasta or anything I can chew for another week. I had my wisdom teeth out last Saturday.

I know what it feels like to gain it all back on, it's so frustrating and you feel like giving up! But don't! Honestly if you stick with it, it gets easier and if you've lost the weight before nothing is stopping you from doing it again. I started with an almost identical start weight and found that the diet is the most important part (over exercise). I just cut out white bread and pasta and used whole meal alternatives and brought loads of different fruits to try and see which ones I like. I've also found lots of low calorie snacks and keep them every where around the house for example, rice cakes, soup sachets and dark chocolate. Keep up the good work though and I hope this helps! X

Ask your doctor or look up online how much cals you have to eat to maintain your weight, then reduce my 500 cals. Also make sure you don't eat too many foods high in fat. But still eat some foods with far in them because your body needs it to survive. Hope this helped. Good luck on your weight loss❤💛💚💙💜
