If you get stressed you could try doing a short workout. Working out helps your brain clear out some negativity. Some workouts could be challenging yourself to 100 burpes, 100 jumping jacks, or whatever you feel like. Plus you get some extra calories burned. Remember when you love your body, your body will show results. :) Hope this helped.

If you're a stress eater, just hide all the bad food and put the healthy food in plain sight of wherever you store your unhealthy food, like a carrot or something. Like for instance: you're stressed, you go into the fridge and look for something to eat. You don't find anything that's bad because you hid it all. You find a bag of carrots and start eating those. If you have stress due to acedemics (like stressing out over a quiz), just think to yourself "I'm 100% going to ace the quiz and whoop it's butt.". Make the test/ quiz beneath you instead of it taking control of you. Hope you found this helpful! :)
