Hello Syd! Well for one thing, drink lots of water. It helps flush out the virus and great for losing weight! If you like arts and crafts I suggest doing them. Cutting and gluing and doing things with your hands even though small does burn calories. If possible and not now for later colds and times, have you, or someone else make chicken soup. You can use low cal chicken broth with vegetables. You can use rice noodle which are very low cal. If you are vegetarian substitute chicken broth for vegetable broth and use tofu instead of chicken. BTW great job on your weight loss! Hope this helped
