Ht. 5'8", Start: 247 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 147 lb - Is so good to wake up and see I've started losing weight again, had a few minor blips but now I'm feeling great and back on track.
Tip for anyone who struggles for motivation: I wrote letters to myself, one for when I felt like giving up, one when I felt like binging and another for when I was just feeling down. I made them really personal for me and read them when I was feeling that way. It really helped and gave me a push of motivation because you remember how you felt a few days or weeks ago. There were even a few tears on mine.
