Ht. 4'11", Start: 140 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 100 lb - Okay, so I also have an annoying family...
They pretty much look at me when I say, "I want to lose weight." They either laugh, say I can't do it, or say, you're okay, or are you really sure you're going to, cause I doubt that.
I don't have allowance, because.... Well, we're not that rich, and personally, I like saving money for the things I may need in the future.
Don't get me with the change the food and go healthy, because the family is the one preparing the food, and if they see me not get the food, they'll think something is wrong with me. Or worse, I hated them because i was the usual one who eats a lot and they appreciate it that someone actually loves their cooking.
And when I say, "i'm full, sorry," they plead, "oh come on, you still can do it! Finish it, food's a blessing, and some people don't even eat at all. Who are you to turn down grace?
I hate it. And the exercise, they will think I can't do it. Or probably, they don't like me going out of the house, because it isn't safe and I was always needed in the house, me being the eldest sister- and the only one entrusted with a lot of responsibilities, so I really can't go anywhere. I just nap for a while and they get angry because they need me to be awake so I can watch over my younger sibling and my baby cousin. Which sucks, because my sister is thin and tall, she's like 11, 4'8 and 80lbs, and being around her when I think I want to lose weight brings down my hopes because she's always the one who teases me. A lot.
*sigh* I've got a lot of problems, I can't just tell my family I'm going to buy this and that, because I don't really have a say in it.
I also like wearing baggy clothes, 'cause they make me look okay. And the issue with fat, my friends even gape on how can I be good at sports/exercise in PE and me being strong when...well, I'm overweight.
So yeah, this is my story, and I'm facing this problems always.
I can't agree to go to these things because a park is too far, my friends are too far for me to reach to help me, and I have low confidence that always seemed to block my way.
I tried exercising once and my family just looked like a grew a second head. :((

Have you tried doing it secretly? The exercising. If you're ever home alone all you have to do it pull up a work out video or even something as easy as dancing around and I think that's considered as cardio. I heard walking is the best way to go, and it really sucks that they think it's odd for you to want to go outside and walk around. When they tell you to keep eating, just tell them you're full and you can't eat anymore or just ask them to only give you small amounts in the first place.
