Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - Today I have limited my number of sweets I have eaten. I have cut out all types of soda. I'm still gaining weight. I have been exercising more too. If anyone has any advice please let me know.

Its a really good start to cut out sweets and sugars, just know you can still have them every once and a while! Have you been exercising everyday? If you have then you have to almost eat more calories then the average person! i know it sounds crazy, but 1200 to 1500 calories a day won't kill you. Actually, if your eating less then that, that could be the reason for you gaining weight, because your body is put into starvation mode.

hmm.. Could it be muscle weight? Or you could be retaining water. That's all I can think of

Sounds like your doing great! I gave up sweets once for 19 days. My secret is sugar free candy (I bought mine at target). They also make sugar free brownies and cookie mix. Literally sugar free things can taste amazing.
