Ht. 5'2.2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 128 lb - Hey guys! LONG time no speak! How are you guys doing? High school is busy and when my weight was pretty much idle I didn't have so much reason to come on here so often. But don't worry... I'd still look back here every while and see how you all are doing- and hopefully succeeding. So personally, I kept my weight within 10 lbs for about 2 years until recently. I went to camp and gained a nice amount of weight that I really NEED to loose- that's why I'm on here :) ...and it's so crazy how the weight I could gain in such a short time can take Months to come off!! -but I've had experience and I know slowly and surely is the best way!
Shout out to Sabrina- I hope you are doing well!! and I noticed the phrase you end your poSts with!! And btw I don't know if you saw but when you posted last year asking how I was doing, thinking I wouldn't see it- I actually replied last year but I doubt you saw the response (kind of ironic ;) )
and shout out to the rest of you on here who remember me from way back almost 2 years ago!
And to all the new people, as I'm sure you've seen, people on here are so supportive and understanding and it's a great platform to loose the weight! :) --but it does take A LOT off your own effort too!

I used to be 240 lbs, and I'm down to 180. I started 6 month ago to drink a pint of Mineral water before every meal, and when I get hungry inbetween, I drink Mineral water. it works great. 3 of my grandkids used to be 60 lbs over, and they use the same trick with great results.

you lost 22 lbs wow that's great! keep up the good work girly! you re nearing young adulthood by now! I hit it there bout two months ago now keep it up you 've 20 lbs to reach your goal of 128 lbs the mini goals re working for you!
