Ht. 5'3", Start: 150 lb, Today: 130 lb (BMI %tile: 82), Goal: 100 lb - okay so, here's a tip that has helped me a lot through all of my dieting and exercising. before and after each meal, drink a big cup of water. this will help make you feel full by filling up your stomach, causing you to eat less and prevent you from feeling hungry after the meal. remember, 8 cups a day and if you do that for two days straight you wiill burn an extrae 200 calories in those two days. 3,500 calories equals 1 pound.

that means, if you drink 8 cups of water every day, you will loose about 1 extra pound each mouth. remember to eat healthy and exercise as much as you possibly can. you don't have to completely cut out your favorite foods just eat them in small portions and less often. you can also try and substitute them for healthier options. a lot of the low fat, lower calorie, healthier versions of food are quite good, and it makes all the difference. if you are ever going to eat salad dressing, go for the low cal version and ALWAYS make sure to read the nutrition label on ALL foods, that way you'll know exactly what foods to stay away from. fruits are the best for snacks, always keep a large variety in your kitchen and every time you go shopping, try something different. berries, especially raspberries are great. apples and banana's are something you should always have around. also try, pears, grapefruit, plums, cherries, mango, and white peaches.
