Ht. 5'10", Start: 320 lb, Today: 315 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - Well football is going great! If anyone cares. I am getting slot stronger. But my only concern is that what if I gain weight for muscle. Is there any way to calculate ur bmi with the muscle mass?

That's the bad thing about BMI! It doesn't take in account for muscle mass. Muscle is harder to burn than fat, so I say keep up the great work!!

Well, you won't have to worry about gaining in muscle, so the best way to correctly get your best bmi including muscle, would be by measuring your waist, so try looking up like some sort of BMI waist ratio thing

I'm not sure umm might 've to look on the net some where I 've no clue where to find such deicves like that you lost 5 lbs that's great! keep up the good work you worked hard on this once u lose another 5 lbs you will be at 310 got 15 lbs to be at 300 lb mark! 16 to be just under 300 lbs! you will make to ur goal with a lot of hard work effort I'm still fighting my w.t. you can do this! happy for you!
