Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - Its been a really long time since I've been on here and I need help. I want to start losing weight again but it can be so hard for me at times does anyone have advice or anything? I mean I know the basic stuff but I need someone to help motivate me. you start over I'm going to be a young adult woman tomorrow = 18. do the stuff u did before like eating small healthy portions excrise , drink the water the basic stuff
you will be a young adult either this year or next year
small mini goals remember that! 169 or 168 lbs remember -1-2 lbs a week
