Ht. 5'10", Start: 320 lb, Today: 320 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - well I am back. And it is a perfect time to try to lose weight because football has started woo. Now I just need to eat right. So can u guys give me some tips on how to eat better.

hey, do you have a smartphone? because there's this app i use called 'lose it!' and it's working amazing for me. this goes for everybody too. it's free, so if you a smartphone go check it out.

Small healthy portions sized meals counting calories, serving sizes drink lots of water excrise take it easy your young don't waste it like I did do the walking very slow paste baby steps.
small mini goals like 319 or 318 lbs not overwhlum your self.
take it easy
yes lean 85% lean meats vegtables make them grilled in a healthy way or eat them raw.
furits same way.
I never got to the 300 lbs mark but I know its like to be out of breath I'm still trying to fight my wt since I was 12.
almost six years
don't do big goals not going to work well.
like a mini size for clothing as well
reach a small mini goal = small success
