Ht. 5'6", Start: 195 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - Okay guys i have some questions
-How many calories should i eat a day to lose weight?
-What are some calorie calculator apps that are for kids/teens?
-Will counting calories help me lose weight?

I tried that app but I have to be 18 or older

Between 1500-2000 calories a day is good. A good calorie counter is myfittnesspal.com by the way it is also an app. Counting calories can help but mostly helps you realize how much you eat and where your calories are going. Hope this helps....
