Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 120 lb - Honestly i need some major help with my motivation to lose weight. Im so disgusted with myself..i could have a good 2 months and lose 10 pounds and then just throw it all away in a month and then gain it all back. im not gaining weight but im not loosing any weight..please please please does anyone have some motivation tips that will last a long time?

You lost 2 lbs that's a great start! small mini goals like 177 or 176 lbs u can do this! keri two lbs lost is a great thing! keep at it u ll make it to ur goal in no time! excrise slow and study eat small healthy portion sized meals drink lots of water less soda helps a lot your still growing 1- 2 lbs is a healthy way to lose the weight sometimes u will lose one lb or 2 lbs.

You might just be at a weight plateau... I'm in one right now, in order to break it you must eat smaller portions and excersize just a little more (NOT A LOT) don't feel disgusted because we're here for you, good luck!
