Ht. 5'9", Start: 230 lb, Today: 217 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hello my name is Maire and Ive always been quiet big and always said to myself ohh I'll just start a exercise routine but its never worked out. But finnaly I have decided to stop putting it off and do something about it. Because I hats the feeling of not being comfortable in my own skin and ready for a change.
