Ht. 5'0", Start: 128 lb, Today: 132 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 105 lb - I have pretty much always been overweight. I've never liked the shape of my body. My chin is the worst, it's the reason I hate photos.
When I had tried to loose weight before it never helped because I would get sucked in to the fake healthy stuff, such as protein shakes my biggest weakness. The truth of the matter is I've been dealing with depression for a long while. If you met me at school you wouldn't expect a thing because I'm really loud and love to make people smile. A really big helper in my life is my best friend, because she has the same problem. Don't let people who don't matter in your life hold you back, surround yourself with people that make you happy and care about you, and just know that even though I can't meet all of you, if I met you in real life I would hope we would be really good friends.

That's just like me. I try to act crazy and make everyone laugh, but sometimes it's really to hide how horrible I feel.

Hey Jocelyn I know what ur going through I went through depression a while ago yes even my friend Justine went through for a while longer then I did you can lose the weight I know u can do it! small healthy portions drink lots of water take ur weightlos easy, small minin goals help to! do 131 or 130 lbs I don't want u to get overwhelm by big goals, ur beaetful no matter what! ur weight is, but losing the weight can make depression better! excrsie take it slow and study easy..
... I know u can do this!!
