Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 120 lb - It seems to me some of us are sturggling to get out of 170's 180's or 190's guys set small minin goals! instead!! find something that ll inspire u to keep the weight off!!! I want to tell u guys to some if u's who are nw to weight loss when a pair of jeans is lose on the waist even when the belt is on the jeans and they are lose that's means ur losing weight!! u noctied that ur tops are getting lose its a good sighn ! I like that sighn!! I want to movate u guys I still sturggle to excrise like u guys!! I know I can win this battle!! dELiA's is a great store for teen girls - collage!! guys when u lose ur minin goal numbers reward ur youselfs with fun things not food. .. Make weightloss instering!!! please guys don't beat ur selfs over the mistakes...
