Ht. 5'2", Start: 162 lb, Today: 173 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I broke my diet today, really badly. I ate my entire stockpile of chocolate and candy in one go and a whole pizza. I just couldn't stop. That's about 17000 calories in an hour. My belly is absolutely killing me, and it's about twice it's normal size. I think i might skip school tomorrow because the pain is so bad. Also, none of my jeans button when i'm like this so i'd look so ugly. I'm dreading the scale tomorrow. I measured myself this morning before my slip up and im dreading seeing how much ive put on.

Hey Charris don't beat ur self up!! oh man I went through something like that two mounths ago thats hard not eating a lot of food u can do it! instead of the whole pizza one or two slices of pizza put the rest away where u won't see so easily. I was 171 lbs about two mounths ago now, I lost it, but I got like four times in Decmeber, but I didn't want to lose weight that way, chocolate man thats hard to avoid what I do is split the candy bar eat 3 pieces put it away in the fruide I let myself have chocloate once a mouth! then the rest of the time I don't go near it u can get this weight u gained off!!! small minin goals like 172 or 171 lbs u won't overwhlem youself. hey for movation for catalogs cut a pictue of an outfit u w'd like to wear put on a piece of paper as movation just picture ur wearing it feeling confendt ur feeling good about youself!! take it easy baby stepts.. drink lots of water.
