Ht. 5'5", Start: 16 st 1, Today: 13 st 4 (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 10 st 0 - I've tried really hard in losing weight, I've been dieting and exercising, but for the past few months I've kind of taken a back seat. I've made it my goal to go on the Treadmill 4 times a week..I'm actually suppossed to be going now..guess I'm kind of delaying haha, I get so sweaty! ewh haha :)  (Note: 13 st 4 is 186 lb.)

hey Jessica I know what excutlay ur going through trying to lose the weight and then go back to sitting around being lazy.. trust me I sweat easily then most of u guys I love the sweat but I take showers anyway! I see that u live in England. I"m shorter then u, almost the same age!! I'm five foot two in a queater still same hight since I was 15.
yes I want to be under 160's ..
