Well, you don't have to exercise to lose weight. Diet actually consists of 70% of all your weight loss. Genetics is the other 10% and exercise is only 20%. BUT, if you want one of those toned bodies of models, you will have to do some exercises. There are so many at home exercises you can do. Look up fitness/toning up videos on youtube and do one every other day.
As for diet, don't make it very strict because if you lose all the weight on a very strict diet, you'll gain it all back within a year. You have to make a complete lifestyle change, which honestly isn't that hard. I'm in that change process right now.
For food, you want to cut out as much sugar as you can. If you drink soda, drink only ONE ONCE A MONTH. Don't overeat the sweets like chocolate and ice cream and stuff. If anything, try to eat dark chocolate but still, DO NOT OVEREAT. I know a lot of us have problems with "binging" our comfort foods, but you need to build up the strength to not do so.
For me, I have a sign on my bedroom door that says "Don't go to the kitchen for snacks or you'll get fat and disgusting". It works.
Try to eat a big, filling, good breakfast. I like eating organic greek yogurt with honey and walnuts. Cereal, oatmeal are good as long as NOT TOO MUCH SUGAR. SUGAR is the key to getting fat. You want to be the opposite. SMOOTHIES are amazing. My mom makes a smoothie for me when I come home from school every single day. It consists of greek yogurt, a mix of berries and pineapple and soymilk and a little ice as well as protein powder and flax seeds(but those 2 are optional). IT TASTES AMAZING and is sooo filling. My entire afternoon and evening snack would just be one big cup of smoothie and then, I'm not even hungry for dinner so I eat less.
As for calories, if you're counting your calories (I do), don't go under 1200 calories. You will die if you go under 1200 calories. Well, that is if you keep going at 1200 calories for an extended amount of time.
The first few weeks of eating healthy is hard, but after that it just becomes a good habit. AND don't be afraid to tell your parents. They will be happy for you and will buy the food you need to eat well.

Hey girl! A great way to stay motivated is to get a weightloss buddy. That helps soo much! Just ask someone else who is losing weight too...someone you know or someone on here. Even me! :D. I'll do everything I can to help you out!
