Ht. 5'6", Start: 230 lb, Today: 225 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - So I have lost around 5 pounds. Im eatinga lot healthier and halved my portions and drinking more water. I'm gettin into a regime of walking for at least 30 minutes a day with my dog to start which just to get used to it again. Really happy I found this site so I can share with other people in the same position as me to share my different obstacles during this. Thanks.

That's awesome! I really need to step up my exercise a lot! It would really help me. But congratulations! You're on the right track!!
