Ht. 5'6", Start: 230 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - So I recently discovered I need to lose weight for health reasons .I have dislocated my knee twice and the doctor said I should lose weight because 4x your body weight is on your knee when you walk or just stand. So my mom said she would do the whole diet thing with me because she's been doing it for around a year and she has gotten good results from it. I haven't told any of my friends and only my mam knows about it so it gets hard. When the doctor told me u burst into tears because I knew I was fat and I know I need to lose weight. I have been saying to myself since my 16th birthday August that I want to lose weight but this has really gotten me motivated yo actually do it. I think it is going to be hard but I think I can do it. I hope I can do it.

Hey welcome aborad Saoirse glad you want to lose the weight and improve your knee eat small healthy portions drink lots of water remember that! very imporant to remember , take exrise slow and study take it easy slow cardio not so fast cardio for beganners you can do it go girl u go go!! I am too trying to lose the weight get my healthy weight back and avarage weight for my hight and body type and bone type as well and frame as well!
