Ht. 5'6", Start: 245 lb, Today: 255 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Hey! I haven't been on here in awhile. . . I totally just let myself go these past two months. . . I wasn't even watching what I ate. I didn't even care! But now my clothes barely fit and I really regret it. . . Thankfully 2013 will be a new year! And hopefully that will be the start of a new me! I am starting a new weight loss plan for my resolution in January. I know those don't always work, but I really want to be down at least 50 lbs before my Junior Prom. That would mean the world to me. I'm just so sick of being the fat girl. If anyone has any motivation tips to help me stay on track, that would be great!:)

Sarah start over small healthy portions excrise slow small minin goals 244 or 243 lbs drink lots of water eat healthy count calories read the lables keep track of your calories, fat, fiber is the most imporant to have in ur eating , start it by walking jog slow once u get used to again start increasing your excrise to make you extra movated Sarah print out a picture of a pair of jeans u w'd like to wear cut it out paste it on a piece of paper it worked for me I w'd give it a try! u make it to your goal in no time!
