Ht. 5'8", Start: 283 lb, Today: 274 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I am wondering if i should change my goal weight. I am scared I will never make it. Should i change to like 175. Which i hav enot been science 4th grade which whould be a bid acomplisment for me.

You should not change it you should continue to focus on the goal.In my expirience by time you will get there but you should have a goal for every month.My goal for january is simly 90Kg (198lbs) I am know 92kg(204lbs) it is quite small but the holydays are here and it is quite hard not to eat during the holyday so for say to yourself for summer I want to be 240lbs if you focus you will lose them good luck and if you have any questions email me on even if you want to talk us fat kids that wish to lose weight need to stick together

Evan umm I w'd do small minin goals like 273 or 272 lbs I would do small baby stepts, eat healthy excrise make it fun ur still a youth!!! just take it one day at a time!!! u can do this. I w'd not take the bid thing..
U can make it to 240's in three mounths if u work hard at it bring ur healthy lunch for shcool no more skiping meals.
