Reply from Russell, Age 16 - 12/28/12 - IP#: 92.251.76.xxx You should not change it you should continue to focus on the goal.In my expirience by time you will get there but you should have a goal for every month.My goal for january is simly 90Kg (198lbs) I am know 92kg(204lbs) it is quite small but the holydays are here and it is quite hard not to eat during the holyday so for say to yourself for summer I want to be 240lbs if you focus you will lose them good luck and if you have any questions email me on email@example.com even if you want to talk us fat kids that wish to lose weight need to stick together

I w'd not take the bid thing.. U can make it to 240's in three mounths if u work hard at it bring ur healthy lunch for shcool no more skiping meals. Jessica17.
